At Beattys, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
